The new Race Transporter 7 - taking enclosed transport to the next level
Today sees the launch of an exciting new range of Brian James enclosed car transporters. The Race Transporter 7 meets the demand for lighter trailers due to the increased weight of cars, particularly SUVs and electric/hybrid vehicles. In addition to tri-axle models, the RT7 is available with twin axles for additional weight saving and higher load capacity. Combined with its new light weight chassis and composite floor, the RT7 can deliver weight savings of up to 200Kg compared with similar sized models.
Advanced technology
The RT7 boasts cutting-edge technology, including an industry-first electric actuator with a wireless remote that operates the rear door and tilt bed, and removes the need for manual handling. It has bright, modern LED lighting throughout, including the rear, front and side lights, side-mounted reversing lights, automatic rear loading lights which come on when the rear door opens, and full-length interior strip lighting all included in the standard specification. As well as remote operation, manual controls are located inside the front hatch for easy operation.
A new level of vehicle transport
Lewis James, CEO of Brian James Trailers, said, “With exceptional specification and a lighter, stronger, smarter design, the Race Transporter 7 takes enclosed car transport to a new level. Whether for supercar exotics, motorsport, classics or vehicle logistics, the Race Transporter 7 is the ultimate choice.”
Its global debut is at the Autosport International Show at the NEC in Birmingham, from 11th to 14th January and is available to order through our dealer network or the website from January 3rd.
